Refund and Returns Policy

At Panchaayat Cafe, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Due to the perishable nature of food and beverages, we generally do not accept returns once an order has been prepared or delivered.

 

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • Incorrect item delivered
  • Missing items in the order
  • Damaged or spoiled food received
  • Order cancelled before preparation begins

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after order placement
  • Delay caused by incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
  • Partially consumed food items
  • Taste preferences or personal dislikes

Refund Process

If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it. After verification, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
